<p>Wellington is great to visit year-round! However, the best time is during the summer months (December to February) when the weather is warm and there are plenty of outdoor festivals and events.<br />
&nbsp;</p>

<p>Wellington is super walkable, but if you&#39;re looking to explore further, the city&#39;s public transport system is excellent. Buses, trains, and ferries can take you to all the must-see spots. Plus, renting an electric bike is a fantastic way to get around!<br />
&nbsp;</p>

<p>Wellington is filled with an array of incredible things to see and do, but there are certainly a few standout locations you won&rsquo;t want to miss! We&rsquo;d recommend riding the historic Wellington Cable Car, visiting the unique eco-sanctuary Zealandia Te Māra a Tāne, and visiting at least one cafe to indulge in the city&rsquo;s famous coffee culture.<br />

<p>Yes, there are several beautiful beaches where you can take a dip. Oriental Bay is one of the most popular spots for swimming and sunbathing.<br />
