The tour sees whales 97% of the time. Occasionally, despite best efforts and flight planning, you may not see a whale. This is rare and unfortunate but can happen. If you do not see a whale, there is not refund policy.

Safety is paramount in determining if the weather is good to fly. Cancellations or postponements may occur if the weather is deemed unsafe to fly.

Individual and total weight restrictions apply to specific aircraft or flights.

Possibility of seeing baleen whales migrating through - humpbacks on their way back and forth from their feeding grounds down near Antarctica, to their birthing and breeding grounds in Tonga &amp; Niue from May through to November.

On our return journey to the helipad, keep an eye out for the NZ Fur Seals basking along the rocks and the rare small Hectors Dolphins swimming along the coastline.&nbsp;

Went to see whale and weather report was dodgey, asked to go a day earlier, and went then, as it was a beautiful day.
