It typically takes 1.5 hours from your arrival to complete your skydive, but please allow 3 hours just in case. We need to allow for changes in the weather and because we are an aviation business, unexpected operational requirements can pop up from time to time.

After you&rsquo;ve experienced the thrill of freefall from your chosen altitude you&rsquo;ll enjoy a relaxing parachute ride to the ground. You&rsquo;ll have approximately 5 minutes to soak up the incredible views of the Bay of Islands.

There is no age limit to experience a skydive, however, passengers under 18 years of age require signed consent from their parent or guardian. All passengers must securely fit in the harness. Please get in contact with our staff if you require a parental consent form to be emailed to you prior to your jump.

In order to ensure the safety of all participants, we have a weight limit of 100kg. We do have a bit of leeway with this depending on the weather conditions. If you are over this limit please get in touch with our crew prior to booking your jump.

We provide each jumper with a jumpsuit to wear over their clothes so no special clothing is required. But we do&nbsp;require all jumpers to be wearing closed-toed shoes and recommend you dress comfortably and warmly (especially during the cooler months).&nbsp;

You can take as much footage as you like on the ground but there are strict rules on taking extra equipment on the plane. So unfortunately not, sorry! Our own camera flyers do a minimum of 200 jumps before they begin training for the camera, and since we are working with lines and parachutes there are too many safety issues with bringing your GoPro along. We do offer a range of different camera packages that you can purchase.

Arguably the most picturesque skydive you can do in New Zealand, experience the beauty of the 144 islands of the Bay of Islands from the air. Cruising through the great blue skies of the Far North, you&rsquo;ll get spectacular views of the turquoise ocean and beautiful golden beaches illuminated by the sun and lush green countryside.&nbsp;As we climb higher and the moment of truth comes&nbsp;nearer, your heart will begin pounding harder every second.&nbsp;

Then, you jump! Free falling for anywhere between&nbsp;45 to 85 seconds&nbsp;depending on your chosen altitude through the clear skies at speeds of almost 200 km per hour is something that simply can&rsquo;t be described through words. This life-affirming moment has to be experienced to be believed.&nbsp;

Your professional instructor will guide you&nbsp;through the whole tandem jump, from exit through freefall, piloting the canopy, and landing, and you can be reassured in the knowledge that our team of instructors&nbsp;have twenty years of experience between them.&nbsp;After the free fall, you will float under the canopy and bask in the scenery before safely landing back at the dropzone or one of our alternative landing areas. You will&nbsp;be buzzing long after your feet hit the ground!

Our friendly ground staff will also look after you before and after your jump, ensuring you are geared up and ready to go in time for your jump, and helping you relax and take it all in when you&nbsp;finally touch down again.&nbsp;

- All training and safety equipment provided. 
- For safety purposes please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toed shoes. 
- We have a strict 100kg weight limit. If you think you may be near this weight please contact us so we can answer any questions you may have. 
- Vouchers and referral dockets must be printed and presented upon arrival at the drop zone. 
- All jumpers must call 1 hour before their jump time to confirm conditions are suitable for the jump.

- Customers under 18 years of age require signed consent from their parent or guardian. 
- If you have any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect your ability to skydive, please seek professional medical advice prior to jumping. 
- People who have gone Scuba diving in the last 24 hours cannot go Skydiving due to the changes in pressure. 
- Customers who are booked in to jump with us take priority over spectators in our shuttle vans. We are happy to take spectators however if we are at maximum capacity and there are other customers wanting to jump spectators will need to make other transportation arrangements. 
- Online bookings that have paid a deposit through our website are only refundable if weather conditions prevent skydiving and rescheduling is not an option. 
- We ask that you please provide 48 hour&rsquo;s notice if you are re-scheduling or cancelling your booking.

 
12,000 FT SKYDIVE Terms 
There is a $50 booking fee per jump, to be paid at the time of booking. This fee will go towards the total cost of your jump and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, unless your booking is cancelled at least 24hrs in advance OR The Operator has to cancel your booking due to weather conditions
