After departing Melbourne early to avoid the crowds, the first stop of the day&nbsp;is&nbsp;Torquay, the&nbsp;iconic surf town&nbsp;and a great place to enjoy&nbsp;morning tea. Just out of town, you&#39;ll also stop at&nbsp;Bells Beach,&nbsp;one of Victoria&#39;s most&nbsp;famous surf breaks.&nbsp;It&#39;s hosted surfing competitions for decades and has&nbsp;breathtaking views from the clifftop.

Satisfy your&nbsp;sweet tooth&nbsp;with a stop at the&nbsp;Great Ocean Road Chocolaterie &amp; Ice Creamery. You can purchase from thousands of&nbsp;chocolate, fresh&nbsp;pastries, and&nbsp;artisan ice cream&nbsp;before making another stop in&nbsp;Anglesea, a quaint town with&nbsp;sprawling beaches, towering cliffs, and&nbsp;coastal walking trails.&nbsp;

&nbsp;

Soak up some fresh air in&nbsp;Aireys Inlet, with a visit to&nbsp;Split Point lighthouse &amp; boardwalk,&nbsp;which stands high above the Shipwreck Coast. You might even recognise it as the&nbsp;lighthouse from Aussie TV favourite,&nbsp;Round the Twist!

&nbsp;

Finally, to round out the morning, you&#39;ll also visit&nbsp;Fairhaven Beach, the&nbsp;longest beach on the Great Ocean Road&nbsp;and&nbsp;Memorial Arch, which&nbsp;honours the returned soldiers&nbsp;who helped build the road after World War 1.

Stop in Lorne for lunch (own expense) and take some time to&nbsp;explore the town, shops, and beach, taking in the fresh air and discovering the buzzing arts community.

With full bellies, you&#39;ll arrive at&nbsp;Lorne Live Wire Park at 1:00 pm, where for the next 3 hours, you will be flying and zipping around the treetops. This exciting adventure park is nestled among the towering Otway treetops and&nbsp;is powered by nature. It boasts a range of fun and exciting activities.&nbsp;

&nbsp;

Children 7 to 12 will do the zipline Short Circuit while guests 13 years and older will do the Super Circuit zipline.&nbsp;Then participants above 10 years old will do the Shockwave Zip Coaster. Plus, everyone can do the Canopy Circuit, which is elevated above the ground amongst the native Blue Gums and is the perfect way to enjoy Victoria&#39;s rainforests with 120 metres of easy treetop suspended pathways.

With adrenaline still pumping through your veins, it&#39;s time to depart for the journey back to Melbourne, arriving around 6:30 pm.&nbsp;
