This whale watching cruise was an incredible experience! The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, and the views of the whales were breathtaking. The only downside was the weather, which made the water choppy and the boat ride a bit bumpy. But overall, a great tour and highly recommended!

<h3>Group Bookings</h3>

<p>A group booking is considered 10 or more persons. A deposit of 50% of the value of the group booking must be made at the time of booking. The remaining 50% must be paid 14 days prior to the tour departure date or the booking will be cancelled and no refund provided.</p>

<h3>Guest changes and cancellations</h3>

<p>Booking changes and cancellations are available without penalty up to 24 hours before departure. Within 24 hours, 100% of the fare is forfeited. For groups of 10 or more, 72 hours notice is required.</p>

<h3>Operator changes</h3>

<p>The operator reserves the right to substitute the vessel, itinerary, date, time, price, location, inclusions and age restrictions without notice. In these cases, if you are not satisfied with the alternatives offered you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price.</p>

<h3>Operator cancellations</h3>

<p>All cruises are weather, minimum passenger number, and Queensland Health advisory dependent. In the unlikely event of a cancellation by the operator, you will be provided with a full refund (excl. gift vouchers) or a 12-month credit to use towards another cruise.</p>

<h3>Return times</h3>

<h3>Liability</h3>

<h3>Companion cards</h3>

<p>National companion cardholders who purchase a ticket can receive a ticket for their companion at no extra charge. Availability is limited to one place per tour. Companion card bookings can only be made over the phone directly with the operator. A valid State or Territory companion card must be presented at check-in.</p>

<h3>Supervision of minors</h3>

<p>Infants, children and teenagers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. If you are accompanied by a minor you are responsible for their safety at all times.</p>

<h3>Health Problems</h3>

<p>If you have mobility or health problems that may impact your safety before, during or after the tour you must inform the operator when booking.</p>

<p>There is a high probability that you will see whales, dolphins, sea turtles and/or sea birds during your tour. However, as they are wild animals in their natural environment, we cannot guarantee their sightings, activity or location.</p>

<p><strong>100% Whale Sighting Guarantee</strong></p>

<p>In the unlikely event that your tour fails to sight a whale, you will be provided with a free return tour valid for 12 months.</p>
