Do we have to pay for babies/infants?
Anyone under the age of 3 is free of charge however you must include them in the booking under infants. If they are not booked on, the Operator cannot guarantee availability on the day.

Do you leave on rainy days?
Yes, as long as it is safe to do so. There is a fully enclosed area downstairs protected from weather conditions.
Is there disabled access on the boat?
Yes, there is ramp access onto the boat; however, the toilets are not wheelchair accessible.
Is there parking at the departure point?
You can drop off & pick up at the departure point in the loading zone. However, there is no parking available onsite. The best parking is at the Bruce Bishop Council Carpark – 10 Beach Rd, Surfers Paradise.
How do I get to the departure point with public transport?
You can catch the G Link light rail system – hop off at Cavill Ave stop, Then walk down to our office – 63 Cavill Ave, Surfers Paradise Cruise Terminal (look for the large yellow sign above the office). It’s about a 5-minute walk.
Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
The Operator can cater for most dietary requirements. Please get in touch with them (contact details in the booking confirmation) to discuss your individual requirements. They also serve halal-certified food.
