What to Expect

Oahu’s South Shore is the ideal place for a Hawaiian boat tour. The sun rises and sets so beautifully on this spectacular island — the natural lighting makes your boat ride feel magical. Your guides know the island like the back of their hand, so you’ll see the best that the region has to offer.

Take advantage of calm ocean conditions and crystal clear waters on this perfect morning trip for any wildlife enthusiast. Explore tropical reefs and shipwrecks that are home to honu (sea turtles), eels, reef sharks, dolphins, and schools of tropical fish – all from a new perspective as you cruise along in the glass-bottom boat

The mornings on Oahu's South Shore offer are perfect for looking through the viewports. This is the most peaceful time of day to cruise on the Pacific Ocean and see the iconic Waikiki beach boardwalk.

During whale-watching season (November–May), humpback whales migrate through Hawaiian waters to mate and calve; so you may be able to catch a glimpse or two of these majestic creatures on your cruise. You might even hear them sing or put on a spectacular show breaching the surface with magnificent jumps.

Feel free to bring along your own breakfast snacks and drinks, you can store them in the onboard cooler. You'll also want to pack a camera to capture the spectacular sights and take home more than just memories.

Where we visit:

  • Reefs and wrecks along the southern Oahu coast
  • Waikiki
  • Diamond Head

Passengers with mobility issues need to be able to take a step across from the dock to the boat in order to board, and then guests can then be immediately seated. Our crew can assist if needed — just make sure to arrive a little bit early! Once on board, there is plenty of space for all our guests. Walkers and collapsible wheelchairs can be brought on board. Motorized chairs or scooters are not allowed.

The boat is very stable in the water, so we rarely have people getting seasick. That said, if you’re worried about it or especially prone to motion sickness, we recommend taking your preferred brand of seasickness medication about two hours before boarding the catamaran.
