As the show begins, indulge in&nbsp;a multi-course Hawaiian-American buffet. It includes dishes like&nbsp;traditional Kailua pig,&nbsp;sauteed mahi-mahi with lilikoi buerre blanc, pan-seared pineapple chicken, and tasty sides. Finish it off with a sweet island dessert.
