The Ship&#39;s Graveyard is a unique feature of the area with spectacular relics from the past, which have been abandoned in the river and left to be explored.

&bull; You will inform the supplier of any medical or physical conditions that would affect your participation in the activity;

&bull; You will not consume alcohol or other drugs before or during the activity;

&bull; The supplier may arrange evacuation and medical or hospital treatment as necessary and you agree to pay for all associated costs;

&bull; If you are hiring kayaks and going out unaccompanied you have 2 hours use of the equipment beginning at the time indicated on your booking. You agree to return the equipment in the specified time frame. Late return will be charged at $20 every 30 minutes overdue.

&bull; You will follow the safety code &amp; dolphin regulations supplied (in writing or verbally) and ask our guides about any information which you do not understand;

&bull; You will take good care of the equipment supplied and return in the same condition as supplied.

&bull; You can swim 50m or will inform the supplier if you cannot;
