This is your bucket-list opportunity to view the majestic wild humpback whales and other diverse sea life in their natural habitat off of Oahu's stunning Gold Coast. In between sightings, kick back and relax on an all-new double-decker boat with wrap-around bow seating. The ship, Ariya II, also features titanic-style front railing, perfect for spotting whales.
The tour begins with a powerful Hawaiian 'E Ho Mai' plumeria flower ceremony to bring you good fortune during your voyage, and some morning beverages and pastries.
Then you will cruise along Oahu's windward coastline and around the iconic Diamond Head monument in search of humpback whales. Keep an eye out for their tails, fins and blows of water.
As you begin to spot the whales, your knowledgeable crew will share information about the whales' fascinating annual journey. If you get close enough, the crew will even drop an underwater hydrophone microphone into the water to hear the whales' songs over the ship's state-of-the-art sound system. Seeing whales up in person is an experience you will never forget!
Remember to bring your camera for some unforgettable snaps of your adventure spotting ocean wildlife. Stay sun-safe with a hat, sunnies and sunscreen, but it can be a good idea to bring a light jacket for that cool ocean breeze. There's no shoes allowed onboard for your safety, but don't worry, there is storage available for them during your time onboard.
On the way back, sit back, relax and let yourself be entertained by the ship's amazing crew as they perform authentic hula dance and songs.
Don’t miss the opportunity to see one of the world’s largest animals in person during their migration through Hawaii!
