<p>Hawaiian Spinner Dolphins are wild marine animals, so encounters are not guaranteed. However, the vast majority of the tours (more than 90 percent) do see dolphins.</p>

<p>Although we encounter dolphins almost every day, since this is their natural environment, we cannot guarantee that you will encounter dolphins on your tour. Even so, we&rsquo;re positive you will have an amazing time snorkeling, kayaking, paddleboarding, watching Hula dance and enjoying complimentary snacks.</p>

<p>We recommend some prior swimming and/or snorkeling experience for the most enjoyable encounter in the ocean, but guests of all swimming levels are welcome.</p>

<p>Tour fees will be fully refunded if cancellation is made more than 24 hours prior to the tour&#39;s departure. (Please note the tour starts early in the morning). For cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the tour, a full refund requires presentation of a doctor&#39;s note.</p>

<p>In instances where weather is not ideal later in the day or our minimum passenger count is not met, those who have booked our second tour of the day will be asked to move to our first tour.</p>
