Yes, all of our administration and tour guides can speak English. &nbsp;Most are fully bilingual. We are adding other languages to our offerings as we grow and expand the business.

Yes, we have vegetarian menu options available for all tours; please tell us in advance so we can make the proper arrangements.

Yes, people who have allergies may join the tours; however please keep in mind that we cannot make a 100% allergy free food guarantee since all the food is prepared in the same kitchen. &nbsp;Cross-contamination is possible.

Out of respect for our other guests, we must start the tour on time. &nbsp;There is a grace period of 5 minutes after the tour start time; however, if you are not there by the end of the grace period you most probably will be left behind. &nbsp;As our tours are structured with stops at popular eateries, our schedule is created to arrive at times outside of their peak hours. &nbsp;Also, we have reservations for certain periods of time. &nbsp;We must meet our scheduled times to ensure the best tour for everyone.

This&nbsp;3-hour food tour&nbsp;will take you on an unforgettable eating excursion through the less frequented parts of&nbsp;South&nbsp;Osaka.&nbsp; 
 
Your night starts out in the busy Doutonburi area. The lights and sounds of Dotounburi often lead you astray to commercialized restaurants with queues of tourists outside, but that&#39;s not where you&#39;ll be dining tonight! This tour will bring you to some of the&nbsp;secret places&nbsp;you wouldn&#39;t find without a local&rsquo;s guidance. 
 
Dart down a hidden alleyway to escape the bustling crowd and head toward the shrines, usually wedged out of sight from the average passerby. 
 
While you walk, sample&nbsp;Kushikatsu, deep-fried meat and veggie skewers, a local take on&nbsp;Yakitori&nbsp;and even a&nbsp;Michelin rated Takoyaki, a kind of grilled octopus fritter! Yum!&nbsp; 
 
Next, explore the smells and sights down more narrow alleyways as your guide shows you some of&nbsp;Osaka&#39;s more unconventional restaurants and pubs.&nbsp; 
 
Once your tummy is rumbling, it&#39;s time to head to&nbsp;a local dinner spot. This shop is an&nbsp;Izakaya&nbsp;or local pub with seasonal dishes that will delight your senses. &nbsp;You&#39;ll munch of&nbsp;yakitori&nbsp;(grilled skewers),&nbsp;sukiyaki&nbsp;(a delicious simmered beef hotpot),&nbsp;tempura&nbsp;and&nbsp;fresh local veggies. This spot is very authentic and you won&#39;t&nbsp;find other tourists here! Try a&nbsp;draft beer or Nihonshu (rice wine)&nbsp;to complement your meal.

From there, it&#39;s time to explore a famous building full of hidden unorthodox bars!&nbsp;Every metre there is a new door with a new adventure behind! This area has a retro, artsy vibe and is&nbsp;unique to Osaka.&nbsp;

In order to confirm your booking, all fees associated to the service must be paid at the time of booking. If the supplier does not receive all payments due in full, your place will not be guaranteed or reserved.

3.Limitation of Liability /&nbsp;Concerning Force majeure 
The supplier and / or its guides are only a provider of service and are not responsible for theft or bodily harm or delays in arrival to booked service, that a participant may suffer during, before or after a tour resulting from events beyond the supplier reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, labour disputes or disruptions, riots, earthquakes,&nbsp;weather conditions, floods or acts or restraints imposed by government authorities. It is the participant&rsquo;s responsibility to ensure that he has proper insurance to cover injuries or illnesses. The supplier shall not be liable for loss of enjoyment.

&nbsp;

Participants agree not to sue&nbsp;the supplier in&nbsp;respect of, and forever release them from, all liability for economic loss and physical or&nbsp;mental injury, direct or indirect, arising in connection with a service provided by the supplier. This includes, without&nbsp;limitation, accidental or intentional bodily harm or illness and any emotional distress.

Concerning weather conditions 
The supplier conducts all services regardless of weather conditions. If the supplier&nbsp;deems it necessary to terminate a service for cause of weather prior to the tour, we will refund you.

Concerning physical requirements 
The supplier&nbsp;is not responsible for the participant&rsquo;s physical condition. Its services include walking within the service&rsquo;s time frame. In the interest of all participants and to ensure a proper experience for all participants, the supplier&nbsp;reserves the right to terminate the supplier obligation and agreement towards a participant who finds that he or she is unfit for the service and this, without refund. It is the participant&rsquo;s responsibility to be aware of the service&rsquo;s nature upon reserving said service.

The supplier&nbsp;and its guides&nbsp;reserve the right to accept, refuse or withdraw any participants that are unfit to take the tour for any reason.

4.Damages and legal liability 
The participant is responsible for any costs associated with damages he or she has caused. The participant must make full payment for damages as soon as possible to the party or parties who have suffered said damages. You will also be responsible for meeting any claims subsequently made against the supplier and all costs incurred by the supplier (including the supplier own and the other party&rsquo;s full legal costs) as a result of your actions.

5.Termination of agreement 
The supplier&nbsp;reserves the right to terminate a person&rsquo;s participation in any of our services or terminate any prior agreement should the participant break any local laws or regulations as put in place by Japanese authorities or any other private entities governing a private sector or property. The supplier reserves the right to expel any participant from any service and/or terminate any obligations the supplier may have towards a participant who is intoxicated, acting belligerently, endangering others or behaving in a way which may tarnish or act upon the supplier&rsquo;s reputation or cause distress to third parties, participants and/or individuals.

Please check the meeting point information our tour pages to know where to meet us. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the meeting time, we will, unfortunately, have to start the tour without you.

The tours run on a pre-determined schedule, and the participant is responsible for keeping up with the tour. We are not responsible for a participant&rsquo;s physical condition or choice of attire that may affect his ability to keep up. We may walk about 2 or more kilometres.

There are no free participants (except children under two years old) or participants that do not eat and simply accompany a participant. 
We must abide by this condition to ensure that everyone&rsquo;s experience is respected. We will try our best to make sure guests with dietary concerns and restrictions can enjoy our tours as well.
